الاسترجاع والاستبدال

رسوم الشحن غير قابلة للاسترداد إذا تم أرجاع الشحنة الخاصة بالعميل الينا بسبب خطأ في العنوان او بسبب عدم استلام العميل للشحنة خلال الفترة المسموح بها من قبل الشركة الناقلة، سيتم اعادة مبلغ الطلب للعميل مخصوماً منه رسوم الشحن ، واذا طلب العميل اعادة ارسال الشحنة مرة اخرى اليه فيلزمه دفع رسوم الشحن من مرة أخرى .
يمكن إرجاع المشتريات من متجرنا الإلكتروني مع الفاتورة الأصلية خلال يوم واحد من تاريخ الشراء، وخلال ثلاثة أيام في حالة الاستبدال. يسترد العملاء أموالهم كاملةً بعد خصم رسوم الشحن في حالة الإرجاع. كما يجب أن تكون المنتجات المُعادة غير مستخدمة، وغير مفتوحة، وفي حالتها الأصلية، حيث أن معظم منتجاتنا حساسة وتتعلق بالصحة والسلامة العامة، لذا لا يمكن إرجاع أي منتجات مستخدمة. ننصحكم بطلب عينة مدفوعة الأجر قبل شراء المنتج الفعلي، علماً بأن العينات متوفرة حسب الإمكانية.
فترة معالجة طلب الارجاع تتم خلال 15 ايام عمل من تاريخ استلامنا للشحنة وسيتم ارجاع المبالغ المدفوعة من قبل العميل بالاضافة الى ضريبة القيمة المضافة الوطنية مخصوماً منها رسوم الشحن والمناولة الاصلية إن وجدت حيث ان رسوم الشحن والمناولة بالاضافة الى رسوم اعادة الشحن تقع على عاتق العميل وهي غير قابلة للاسترداد، سيتم ارسال بريد الكتروني لتأكيد استلام ومعالجة طلب الارجاع للعميل حال استلام الشحنة المرجعة.
Shipping fees are non-refundable If your package is returned to us due to an undeliverable address, we will issue a refund for the items only. A reshipping fee will be applied if you request a reshipment.
Purchases made in our web-store can be returned with an original invoice within 1 day of purchase, and within 3 days from the purchase date in case of exchange. The clients get to receive their money with the shipping fees deducted in case of returns. Additionally, the returned item(s) must be unused, unopened, and in its original condition as most of our products are sensitive and related to the health and Human safety, so NONE of used items are returnable, we advise you to ask for a paid sample before purchase the actual item “Samples are subject to availability”.
Processing time for returns is usually within 15 business days from the time the return package is received. We will refund the purchase price for the item(s) plus any national VAT paid in the original form of payment. The original shipping and handling charges, if any, will not be refunded, return shipping fees are at the customer’s expense and are not refundable.
